I am on this crazy diet meal plan this week. Day 1(which is today) all that I was allowed to eat were FRUITS and NOTHING ELSE. I won't be able to have any meat until the coming Thursday. (FYI: I can finish a 36oz steak all by myself so I LOVE MEAT and this is KILLING ME) All I had today were fruits like apple, honey dew, orange, grapes...etc, let's see if I can last the whole week. Tomorrow I get to have baked potatoes, looking forward to it. Anyways Here are the charts.
